Rules of Play
IMPORTANT: Please observe our Rules and Policies. In cases of non-compliance, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refund shall be available.
Wash your Hands
Children must use toilet & wash their hands before entering the play area.
NO BULLYING
Bullying will not be tolerated, if you have any concerns please inform a member of staff.
NO JEWELLERY
Leave jewellery with parents/ guardians. Spectacles are worn at users own risk and must have shatter proof lenses.
NO CLIMBING
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
NO SHOES
Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.
NO FOOD
No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
SUPERVISION
All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
NO SMOKE OR FIRE
It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the play area.
KEEP SLIDES CLEAR
Do not play in front of slide exits.
NO SICKNESS
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
NO SHARP OBJECTS
Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
NO THROWING
Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.
